- Meet with us to discuss your ideas and your vision for your new home.
- Moving forward; setting the plan in motion with a contract approval and any decisions or changes that are required.
- We will guide you to when decisions have to be made for various finishes and materials inside and outside your home.
- Questions or concerns can be addressed during the construction phase as we have no restrictions on site visits by the owner or owners.
- Approximately two weeks before the occupancy permit/final inspection we will contact you to confirm that you have met with your lawyer, mortgage broker and have signed all necessary paperwork to be able to finalize the contract so that you can move into your new home without delay.
